Terms and conditions for shotz-kasino.fi
This page sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of Shotz — the independent information portal at shotz-kasino.fi. Please read them before using this site. By continuing to browse, you accept these terms in full.
Scope
These terms apply to the website shotz-kasino.fi and all pages within it. They cover the relationship between you (the visitor) and us (the editorial team that runs this portal). They do not form part of any agreement between you and the operator of the Shotz gambling platform, and they do not govern any account you may hold there.
This portal publishes information and marketing content about an online gambling brand. We are not a casino operator, a bookmaker or an organiser of any betting or gaming activity. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide gambling services.
The relationship between you, us and the operator
Shotz — the gambling platform — is operated by a third party. We publish information about that platform independently; we have no access to player accounts, no ability to process deposits or withdrawals, and no authority over the operator's decisions. Any issues with registration, payments, bonuses or gameplay must be directed to the operator's own support team.
Links and references on this site may lead you to the operator's platform. Once you leave shotz-kasino.fi, these terms no longer apply — you are subject to the operator's own terms, privacy policy and applicable gambling regulations. We encourage you to read those documents before registering or depositing.
This site is intended for adults. You must be 18 or over (18+) to access this content. If you are under 18, please leave now.
Your undertakings
By using this site you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You will use this site for lawful purposes only;
- You will not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, introduce malicious code, or circumvent any security measure;
- You will not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit content from this site without our prior written consent;
- You understand that gambling carries financial risk and that nothing here is financial advice or a guarantee of winnings.
Our material
All text, graphics, layouts and other content on shotz-kasino.fi are the property of the portal's editorial team or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages for non-commercial purposes provided you attribute the source clearly. Systematic scraping, republication or mirroring of content is not permitted.
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date. Bonus figures, payment details and licence information can change without notice; always verify current terms directly with the operator before acting on anything you read here. We accept no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of content that has become outdated.
Disclaimers
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we give no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness or fitness for purpose of any content. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from your reliance on information published here.
We are not responsible for the content, terms or conduct of any third-party site linked from these pages, including the operator's own platform. A link does not constitute an endorsement beyond the informational purpose for which it is provided.
Gambling involves risk. Content on this site is for information only and must not be read as encouragement to gamble, as advice on how to gamble profitably, or as a suggestion that gambling is a reliable source of income. If you have concerns about your gambling, free and confidential support is available from BeGambleAware and from GamCare (National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133, free, 24/7).
Data protection
The way we collect and use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference. This portal is subject to UK data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Minimum age and protecting minors
This site is restricted to visitors who are 18 or over (18+). If a device is shared with a minor, we recommend installing parental-control software — such as Net Nanny or Qustodio — to prevent access to gambling-related content.
Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to shotz-kasino.fi. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We accept no liability for any inconvenience caused by downtime.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries a real financial cost. It should never be seen as a way to solve money problems. If gambling stops being enjoyable, help is available:
- BeGambleAware — free, confidential support
- GamCare — 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7)
- GamStop — free national self-exclusion scheme
- Gordon Moody — residential and online treatment
Jurisdiction
These terms — the terms of this information portal — are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of shotz-kasino.fi will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This is separate from any governing law the operator may apply to its own player agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
